New Policy:  Students may take the class again, free of charge,  for up to a year after their original course date.  If the book has changed, students must purchase the current one. 

NC Loan Officer Fundamentals/SC Loan Originator Fundamentals is an 8 hour prelicensing course, approved by the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.  The class meets the educational requirements necessary to qualify to take the NC Loan Officer License exam and qualifies as 8 hour CPE for South Carolina licensing.  There is an additional cost of $25.00 for both states.   Please notify our office at info@mortgagetrainingsolutionsllc.com if you intend to take the class for both states, include your drivers license state and number, as required by South Carolina and permission to charge the fee to your credit card. 

Topics include:  General Mortgage Concepts, Federal Laws, NC/SC Laws, and Mortgage Math.  100% attendance requirement, late arrivals will not be admitted to class. 

Course Hours:  8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Course Cost:  $199.00, includes all training materials (Additional $25.00 cost for adding South Carolina) 

*Online NC Practice Exam is included in the tuition price.  Username and Password are given to students at the end of class.
